The production of the wooden chair is that of a masterpiece: the chair back, which flows into the arms of the chair in one fluid movement, is bent from a single piece of wood on machines more than 100 years old; it is then given its form using the most recent CNC technology and subsequently sanded by hand, chair by chair. The result is a wooden chair with confidence that emanates a sense of romance within the clear, rational horgenglarus world. klio seems contemporary and, at the same time, archetypal – as if it had always existed. There are short and long arm versions of the wooden chair, with and without upholstery. Both types of chair can also be stacked in combination.
